Product Design - NFT Cards
At Ready Player Me, we recognized the need for a dynamic and engaging way to present our Web3 and Crypto offerings, as our previous approach lacked excitement. As the product designer and art director, I crafted a comprehensive concept that integrates 3D elements to effectively communicate the lore and perceived value through compelling storytelling and thoughtful design. InnoLab - Power in numbers
At InnoGames, I held the position of creative director for InnoLab, our internal incubator dedicated to exploring new games, creative challenges, and interdisciplinary solutions. I led a multidisciplinary team of, game designers, and developers. Throughout the year, we successfully produced around 50 game prototypes and devised solutions for our live games. Our accomplishments included developing a novel approach to street design for city-building games, creating engaging mechanics for battle scenes in Elvenar, enhancing UX testing through innovative style ideas and pipelines, and establishing a dedicated space for InnoGames employees to recharge their creative energies and alleviate project fatigue.

Art Management

I excel at managing creative teams of all sizes, I have two qualifications and certicates - Mental Health Champion and Certified Executive Coach - that help me to do so. At InnoGames, I led a team across two locations, incorporating new artist categories Rigging and Animation. At Mediatonic and Epic Games, I optimized workflows, conducted performance, developed a career progression framework, and managed Learning and Development initiatives. I ensured our participation in industry events like THU and GDC and organized internal events such as "The Future is Pink" exhibition and the Epic "Art Summit," which provided variety of workshops and learning opportunities for our teams.

Brand Voice and Design
I fully revamped the Avatars Brand voice for Ready Player Me, conducting extensive market research and collaborating with Analytics, Product, and Community Management.
