For nearly two decades, my journey in game development has been about more than just pixels and pipelines; it's been about people. I've had the privilege of leading and mentoring incredibly talented art teams, helping to ship beloved games like Fall Guys from a simple idea to a global phenomenon. My greatest joy comes from fostering environments where artists can truly flourish, where collaboration is built on trust, and where every individual feels empowered to do their best work.

Beyond the day-to-day art direction, my approach has grown into a form of strategic coaching. I believe that the most successful and fulfilling projects happen when a team's creative passion is aligned with a clear, sustainable vision. It's about helping leadership and creative teams connect the dots between the art they love to make and the long-term health of their studio. For me, it's about building not just beautiful worlds, but also resilient, inspired teams who are on a shared, exciting journey together.
